Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
• Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
• Prepare shop and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standard.
• Participate in shop drawing and Submittals management.
• Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.
• Update the shop drawing log before sending the shop drawing to consultant for approvals.
• Keep accurate records.
• Review and mange subcontractors shop drawings.
• Study, prepare and review requests for Information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
• Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
• Participate in defining required needs for the project.
• Monitor purchase orders.
• Advise on letter responses. (Receive, keep and prepare replies to letters of the consultant or client.
• Participate with technical office manager for all the required technical substantiations of VOs.

• Bachelor degree of (Civil – Arch. – Elect. – Mech.) Engineering.
• 5-8 years of experience.
• Very good English language (written and spoken).
