- Basic Qualifications:
• Education Level: B.SC degree of Civil Engineering.
• Experience in the field of Construction / FM / Technical Office.
• Years of Experience: 3~5 years.
• Language Level [Good ~ V. Good].

- Key Responsibilities:
• Daily follow-up and reporting of the in-house facility maintenance activities.
• Reporting the state on construction projects progress / milestones.
• Co-ordination with vendors / contractors regarding work process.
• Preliminary review of submitted contractor data (Progress - payments - material submittal...etc.).
• Archiving / Document control of Construction documents / submittals / drawings.
• Following up with on-site consultancy office services.
