OFFICE MANAGER
10-15 years experience
Job Scope:
- Reporting directly to Chief Operations Officer (COO) and working
closely with Directors to ensure adherence to company objectives & business plans.
Generating regular reports & facilitating/communicating meetings with the concerned stakeholders.
Coordinating appointments and meetings & managing staff calendars and schedules.
Producing regular reports, composing & correspondence. Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Overseeing general office operation.
Skills Required:
Capability in dealing with massive data smartly & efficiently
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Good Business acumen Project management
Non-Technical:
Communication, presentation skills, excel, reporting, organizing, planning,
time management
