ecip is hiring (Procurement Engineer)
Main Responsibilities :
• Analyze technical data and specifications to determine the needs for projects. 
• Preparing RFQ and send them to (Suppliers-Sub-contractor) to get their technical and financial offers.
• Negotiate with (sub-contractors-suppliers) on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain
 the maximum benefit for the company (according to the target price) 
•Breakdown analysis for every work package.
• Issue technical and commercial comparisons based on received offers.
• Prepare material submittal and follow up with the site team to eliminate consultant.
•Review the sub-contractor’s terms and conditions to prepare and finalize contracts.
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architect).
•Perfect use of Microsoft office.
•V.good command of English.
•2:3 years of experience.
