• Receiving Notes receivable & cash from customers against the approved policy.
• Follow established procedures for processing receipts for cash, cheques or Card payment Receiving from customers (Reservation, New sale, resale, early payment, divide combined cheques, etc.)
• Deposit cash and cheques on related bank accounts (Due and postdated cheques)
• Maintain and update notes receivables ledger by Recoding daily notes receivables movement and Preparation of Daily movement statement
• Preparation cheques Withdrawal request (cancelation, resale, reschedule, change data, early payment, postponement)
• send notification to collection team with Received bounced cheques
• Redeposit bounced cheques on related bank upon collection’s request
• Monitoring postponement of down payment cheques and any other requests

Send cheques to branches and follow up each case

Bachelor degree in Business\Accounting

2-4 Years of experience

Real estate experience ( preferable)

Very Good user of MS Office.
