Project Team Lead - MARMONIL

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force, supplied stone and all work related.
· Check plans, shop drawings, quantities and specifications for accuracy of calculations and project requirements.
· Oversee the selection, supply and installation of stone and ensure that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
· Prepare reports about variation orders, site instructions, Material Inspection Request (MIR), Contractor Inspection Request (CIR)… etc.
· Make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
· Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for the stone scope.
· Attend regular progress meetings and provide daily reports.
· Distribute manpower on site as required and plan the work in order to meet agreed deadlines.
· Monitor the safe storage and handling of stones on site.
· Oversee quality control and health and safety matters.
· Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

PREREQUISITES & EXPERIENCE

•Architectural background is a must.
•Minimum 8 years of experience.
•Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•Giza residents is preferable.
