Ecip is hiring (Cost Control Engineer)
Main Responsibilities:
1- Created and implemented a new cost control procedure, cycle and processes, initiated cost codes and forms to be utilized, and followed by project cost data providers.
2- Adopt and apply earned value management standards and methodologies.
3- Preparation of budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members.
4- Controlled and monitored material, equipment, and manpower costs using the company's coding system.
5- Prepared materials wastage reports, manpower productivity reports, and subcontractors' status reports.
6- Receive and review subcontractors’ payment certificates from all projects in terms of calculations accuracy, and compliance with relevant agreements’ rates and payment terms.
7- Managed all communication and provided timely feedback on all procedures.
8- Managed and performed cost breakdowns for claims and variation orders.
9- Prepared monthly cost reports for project status using earned value management.
10- Prepared deviation reports for direct and indirect costs to track the root causes of the losses
Job requirements:
- 1-2 Years of experience in cost control or Technical Office field.
