Architecture Design Office engineer.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Carry out design review & Coordination for all construction documents (Drawings, BOQ, and Specs) for building types and master plan items submitted from External Consultants.
Prepare design tabulation and area analysis for various types of projects.
Preparing periodical Progress Reports.
Follow up Works Progress for Projects in coordination with Projects Managers.
Participate in Preparing initial action Plans and outline design schedules for new Projects.
Follow up Value Engineering application in Projects in coordination with Projects Managers.
Participate in Managing coordination with External Consultants with Projects Managers
From 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of construction,
