El Haggar Company is hiring:

IT Specialist
JOB DUTIES
Install and configure computers, Hardware’s ,Systems, Networks , Printers .
Support Staff either face to face , over the phone or remotely for solving problems.
Troubleshooting system network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware’s & Software’s faults.
Replace PCs/ laptops, printers as required.
Provide support including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Setup new users account and profiles.
Responding in a timely manner to services, issues and requests.
SKILLS
Very Good Arabic and English language and communication skills
Good time management and problem solving skills
Friendly, energetic, team oriented and flexible
Able to work under pressure, multi task, find solutions and meet deadlines
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related subjects is required
Minimum of 1 year experience is a plus
* CCNA or MCSA is plus.*
