ATA - Abdulmohsin Altheyab & Partners one of the Engineering consulting office is looking for Architectural Coordinator
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Review project deliverable and documents.
· Review concept design package according to building codes, fire, life safety code and develop it into consistent and coordinated design package.
· Attend kick of meeting project meeting with concept team and with other disciplines to gather issues and solve it then prepare technical inputs.
· Attend the technical meeting with clients then take minutes of meeting.
· Follow up with the other parties, specialists and sub consultants.
· Manage coordination process with concept team and other disciplines (structural, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, interior design and landscape).
· Prepare visual validation report.
· Perform a final review of the technical drawings package before submitting to the client.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
· 4:6 years of progressive experience in architectural design office for mid to large scale commercial, residential and office building projects
· Basic understanding of codes and regulations that governing the Design stages
· Be confident, assertive and independent.
· Computer skills: Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office.
· Collaborative and Multi-Disciplinary Working.
· Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual.
