Job Description :-
• Check all suppliers’ legal documents according to Egyptian government law, before registration on ERB system to preserve our company rights.
• Register suppliers on ERB system in terms of (taxation status, payment term, payment currency, authorization, receiving details and accounting liability and prepayment).
• Contact the existing suppliers to collect their legal documents to update on oracle system.
• Contact the new suppliers to collect their legal documents to check and register on oracle system.
• Contact suppliers’ customer to apply marketing voice inspection.
• Issue department reports of top twenty, concentration and stability. • Issue department withdraw (Payment and Information).
