Electrical BIM Specialist - Shaker Consultancy Group

We are hiring Electrical BIM Specialists for BIM Team

Job Description:

-Prepare the Families and Project Templates.

-Check Revit models validation and QC.

-Make sure all the models are following the BIM execution plan.

-Attend Meetings with BIM Stakeholders to ensure that all are applying Workflow

-Receive and maintain multiple models mainly for coordination purposes.

-Run and analyze clash detection on Project model (Coordinate Revit designs among different disciplines: Electrical, Structure, Architectural, MEP systems).

-Prepare and distribute clash reports to facilitate the coordination process.

-Identify conflicts in model; both real and potential.

-Aware with Standards and know how to apply and keep it over all the projects

-Aware with BIM Level of Details and how to apply it on BIM Projects

-Ability to create scripts or other automation programs (is a plus)

- Report to the BIM Manager and communicate with project teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

-BSC Of Engineering: Electrical

-Must have an experience in Electrical design.

-Three years or more experience in using Autodesk Revit as designer or coordinator engineer.

-Understanding of building systems.

-Understanding of design and document coordination.

-Knowledge of construction techniques (means and methods).

-Hands on Autodesk BIM 360 Software, Revit, Navisworks and Dynamo are must.

-AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Good knowledge is necessary.

-Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
