Lead QS(Quantity SurveyorEngineer) for HSR( High speed Rail):-

Profile Key Responsibilities:
• Review Take-Off-Sheet from the drawings.
• Prepare detailed Estimate based on drawings.
• Prepare & review BOQ (Bill of Quantity) based on detailed Estimate.
• Review quantities of Bar Bending schedules of Civil Structures.
• Prepare Rate Analysis of Civil and Architectural Finishes Items in the BOQ.
• Pricing of Excavations, Concrete, Brick work, Woodwork, Roofing, External Render, Drainage, External works, and minor landscaping Work etc.
• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Responsible for ensuring that the work is completed in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification.
• Documenting any changes in design to review budgets updates.
• Review and issue order to pay for contractors’ invoices.
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills

Profile qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineer (e.g., Civil or Architecture Engineering) / Bachelor’s Degree in a quality assurance related field.
• Minimum 10 Yeas over all experience.
• Software Skills “Civil 3d, Microsoft office, AutoCAD, AutoCAD structure details,".
• Willing to “Relocation out of the Greater Cairo”.
