Procurement Engineer ( Egyptians only )

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering)
-2-4 years of experience (Manufacturing background)
– Very good English
– Excellent Microsoft skills
– ERP system background , SAP is preferred

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Procurement data base creation and maintain.
2- Raw material & all production materials purchasing.
3- Expedite purchasing of materials, equipment and services when approved to meet production deadlines.
4- Issue and review all foreign and local production& maintenance materials POs.
5- Prepare all comparative data to facilitate final negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors and issue orders.
6- Negotiate prices, contracts and terms with suppliers.
7- Sourcing for new materials suppliers.
8- Periodically supplier and contractors evaluation.
9- Submitting and follow-up claims and getting compensation if needed.
10- Follow-up supplier payments according to the due dates with finance department.
11- Sourcing and dealing with row material transporting subcontractors.
12- Research for new products or vendors to reduce costs, improve quality and delivery time.
13- Continues enhancement of payments terms.
14- Report all purchasing progress on monthly and annually basis.
