API is hiring the following position

• Architect Designer
- Duties
1- Knowledge of modern building construction methods and materials and of the preparation of specifications.
2- Ability to prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications, using AUTOCAD, Autodesk Revit and Primavera.
3- Proficient in 3D software modeling.
4- Ability to prepare complex schematic drawings from rough sketches and oral instructions.
5- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with university personnel.
6- Skill in designing alterations to buildings and structures and in preparing accurate drawings and specifications completed designs and specifications to superiors for review, alterations, and approval.
7- Implement and Dealing with International Building Code & Local Authorities Regulations,Coordinate with other aspects.
8- Reporting to Project Coordinator / Chief Architect / Architect Design Division Manager.

Job Requirements
1- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
2- Experience from 3 to 5 years of relevant design experience in high- speed precision semi conductor or automated equipment design.
3- Excellent in Autocad, Revit architecture, 3dsmax, Corona render.
4- Strong design troubleshooting skills.
5- Excellent communication skills.
