Project Manager

For Our Project in New Capital

Job Description:

1-Collaborate with Engineers, Architects etc. to Determine the Specifications of the Project
2-Negotiate Contracts with External Vendors & Sub-Contractors to Reach Profitable 
  Agreements     

3-Plan all Construction Operations & Schedule Phases to Ensure Deadlines Will be Met
4-Determine Needed Resources (Manpower, Equipment & Materials) from Start to Finish       
  with Attention to Budgetary Limitations    

5-Hiring & Recommending Sub-Contractors & other Staff & Allocate Responsibilities

6-Supervise the Working of Staff, Sub-Contractors & Give Them Guidance When Needed

7-Evaluate Progress & Prepare Detailed Reports

Job Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 
2- Minimum 15Years Experience in The Project Management Field (5+) as a Project Manager
3- Project Management, Supervision, Leadership Skills, & Decision-Making ability 
4- Experience in Supervising Construction Drawings, Survey Measurements, Issuing Shop & As-Built Drawings
5- Capable of Leading Teams Efficiently, & Resolving Technical/Commercial Matters with Clients & Subcontractors.
6- Budget Management Skills
7- Excellent Negotiation Skills
8- Proficient in Using MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook & Engineering Programs
