Duties and Responsibilities:
CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
Responsible for taking inbound & outbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service
Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via
all channels available (phone, fax, e-mail and ...etc.) Resolve all customer complaints, requests and inquiries within the predetermined SLA's.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree
Presentable
Very good English
Very good communication skills
Experience Needed: 0 To 2 Years
