Senior Technical Office Engineer
 with the below requirements:

Bachelor's degree in architecture engineering.
12 to 15 years’ experience (Min 5 years in hotels).
Proven experience in hotels design review, analyzing and altering plans and prototypes, coordination between disciplines throughout the design stages is a must.
Ensuring building plans and prototypes are operating safely, functionally, efficiently, and attainable.
Able to read, interpret, and review technical documents and specs.
Familiar with all MEP & light current discipline for 5 starts hotels.
BIM awareness is plus.
