Sinoma CDI is hiring Contract engineer for Head Office, with this job responsibilities:
CONTRACT IN-HAND PROCESS (ACTIVE PROJECTS):
1. Revises Contracts in-hand of Project documents in order to fully understand project contractual scope
2. Provides Management with List of Signed Contractual Obligations with respective dates and updates when necessary
3. Provides necessary contract support for on-going projects to Management when necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of civil engineering is a must
2. Very good command of both written and spoken English
3. AutoCad, Microsoft Office, etc.
4. Contract management
5. Project management
6. Contractor billing and rate analysis
7. Tender preparation
