We are Hiring. Maintenance Manager

location: 6 October

Job Description 
• Sets preventive & periodical maintenance plans and supervises implementation
• Defines the safest operation methods for all machines and production lines to ensure best use of machines
• Allocates budget of machines’ spare parts and choose best options
• Supervises all maintenance works and provides support to maintenance employees
• Assign tasks based on people’s capabilities and provide needed support
• Reviews and follows up maintenance orders from different sections of the factory
• Handles different challenges and provides best solutions to maintenance team
• Works on reducing the cost of maintenance processes through different work procedures
• Follows up and checks all factory’s machines to make sure everything is working and safe

Best candidate is:
• Bachelor degree of mechanical /Electrical engineering
• 10 – 12 years of experience in heavy manufacturing industry
• TPM & Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma will be a plus
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proactive & Assertive person
