LOTUSTEX TEXTILE CO. is hiring for Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for the following duties :

       Fulfill the purchasing request across departments
       Receiving the purchasing order form the purchasing manager, negotiate with the requesting department for alternative specs possibility if needed.
       contact with potential suppliers through social connections, existed data base…. Etc.
       Get the Quotations from the potential suppliers, prefer the quotations upon the quantity, price, payment method, specs, etc.....
       inform the requesting departments' heads of the short-listed quotations for technical approval. seek purchasing manager approval. tell suppliers of the quotations accepting, and conseil the final agreements.

       follow the order status till delivery.
         coordinate between the customs, and suppliers regarding the delivery date. 
       assure order arrival to the concerned warehouse employee.
create a suppliers’ database as a reference for upcoming purchasing orders

The Applicant should have the following requirements :
-Experience for 2 years at least
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent in MS office
- Good in e-mail writing
-Excellent negotiation skills
- very good in English
- the applicant is preferred to have a driver's license
