Treasury Senior Accountant - Palm Hills Developments
Job Description
- Monitor daily collected checks and current checks, as well as redeposit, bounced, PDC, and recall cancelled checks.
- Monitor and process the company's check portfolio in accordance with approved guidelines to ensure that there are no delays in collection and control.
- Participate in the quarterly and annual physical counts of the available receivables and the issuance of final reports.
- accelerate collection by processing bounced checks efficiently based on the approved follow-up cycle.
- Responsible for Securitization / Discounting Overdue Checks Settlement by following up on Collection Status.
Skills
- 3 - 5 Years of Experience in Real Estate Field
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- Oracle knowledge is a plus
