Dar Al Fouad - Nasr City is hiring Customer Care Specialist

Job Duties:

1- Reviews patients complaints daily and seeks to resolve them.
2- Prepares monthly reports on patients satisfaction survey and how to improve the provided services.
3- Prepares monthly, quarterly, mid-annually and annually reports presenting the satisfaction of the patients and the issues that were solved.
4- Follows up on the monthly report that presents the repeated issues in each division and compare it with previous months.

 Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Proven experience as Public Relation or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Good in MS Office.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
