Procurement Supervisor - Marakez
Job Description
- Develop and authorize high amount value international and local purchase orders through requesting quotations from qualified and approved suppliers and choosing the best quotation to proceed and ensure compliance company policy and procedure.
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Managing & Monitor all purchase orders for different departments (Maintenance, IT, HR, Marketing ... Etc) and maintain effective relationship with vendors, suppliers and ensure update purchasing data in SAP/oracle.
- Evaluate performance of carriers, vendors and goods delivery.
- Manage team of subordinates to ensure that all work activities are carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
- Manage all supplier contracts and assist to administer best pricing strategies for all purchase materials and suppliers and analyse all new issue sin materials and recommend strategies to improve quality and manage inventory levels for all products.
- Report to purchasing manager the performance of purchasing process in daily basis.
- Insures all transactional reporting is accurately documented, to generate reports required by management, by using computerized tracking and inventory control system.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the Malls/Real State industry.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced in using ERP Systems.
- Experience in Marketing requests is a huge plus .
