Sinoma CDI Engineering is hiring for a residential project in Kafr elsheikh MEP engineer.
Job description:
1. Responsible for providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering design review, coordination, code input and construction technical support for the project.
2. Responsible for implementing preventative maintenance plan.
3. Responsible for Transformers, Medium and Low tension, MDB, Light Current Systems.
4. Supervising electrical jobs based on shop drawings and specifications
5. Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and assess them against the project schedule
6. Ensuring the availability of adequate quantity of electrical material
Providing input to Quantity Surveyor for interim payment applications
7. Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements
8. Implementing strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
9. Reducing the wastage of material and increase manpower productivity
10. Interacting with client and consultant regarding the status of work
11. Negotiating with client and consultant for obtaining approvals for requested modifications
12. Checking all installations in preliminary stage.
Minimum Requirements:
1. University degree in electrical /Mechanical engineering.
2. V. good command of English Language (written & spoken).
3. To have 3-5 years' experience in same field.
4. Multitask and ability to work under pressure.
