- Minimum of 7 years' experience in the field of infrastructure projects and tender preparation
-Experience in preparing proposals and technical forms for funded tenders
- Excellent English language

3- Quantity Survey Engineer
-B.Sc. Civil Engineering
-10+ years of experience in infrastructure projects. -Experience in Water & WW infrastructure projects
- Preparation of tender documents including
technical specifications, BoQs, contract conditions, contract forms, budgetary estimates & detailed pricing.
-Experience in tender evaluations, contractors bidding documents review & contractors bid price
analysis.
