Sales Excellence Manager - Raya Holding for Financial Investments

Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Sales Excellence Manager:

What will you do?

• Design and develop data reporting system for sales and business support
• Support managers on data gathering and analyzing activities
• Work with management to identify information needs of the team and to continually revise data output to address those needs
• Support management decision making by analyzing and interpreting the results and assessing data quality issues
• Revise current sales KPIs and work on developing new KPIs to improve sales performance
• Work closely with other business functions to improve the business and work flow of sales/other operations
• Responsible for the Trade marketing, market analysis and recommend industry best practices
• Coordinate and synergize with Aman Stores to get the necessary support which will lead to business improvement
• Work closely with the finance team to apply the best practices related to the settlements, collectors as well as the deposits models in order to enhance and support the business
• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the call center scripts to enhance our customers’ satisfaction
• Manage a professional team of sales support and Trade Marketing

What will you need:

• Excellent knowledge of the different selling techniques
• Very good knowledge of all the products' features
• Very good knowledge about competitors in the market
• Understanding how achieving the sales target affects Distribution chain’s business and its profitability
• High level understanding of top management's goals
• Minimum of 10 years in Sales
• University graduate from any discipline
