Sales Supervisor (Food & Beverage)
Job Description:
• Develops, implements and continuously improves on the strategic and tactical business activities to sustain and grow the company in coordination with the CEO while achieving the required revenue and profit targets.
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry and restaurants exposure.
• Develops business plans and new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
• Implements and follows through with an innovative marketing
and sales strategy to meet business objectives.
• Find the best niche and market the product.
• Managing distribution channels
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Managing the entire product line life cycle
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product and Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Job Requirements
• Experience Needed: 3 to 5 years
• Presentable
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• High Sales experience & capabilities.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Bachelor’s degree.
