• Manage all running projects execution and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards through proper management and coordination with the General Contractor/Project Consultant.
• Ensure effective mobilization and implementation of the required systems, people, processes and equipment as defined in the project plan developed at the start of the project
• Ensure all contracts required to complete the projects/ phases are in place, coordinate assigning/ procuring project consultants, design architects, general contractors, and cost consultants and sub-contractors (if required)
• Ensure all permits and licenses are provided in a timely manner in coordination with Government Relations
• Manages site engineers and civil supervisors to ensure that their work load is achieved on time and according to specs.
• Coordinate between different contractors and follows up on construction activities starting from grading works till delivery.
