Export Sales Manager

Location: 10th of Ramadan City

Main Duties:
· Generate sales and achieve sales targets through existing clients beside existing & new markets
· Analyze the performance of the region.
· Participate in reports about markets, industry and competition.
· Assess customer and market performance in relation to region’s target.
· Follow up with operation team to make sure orders are produced and shipped as scheduled.
· Obtain market intelligence via regular contact and create rapport.
· Apply for credit coverage with export insurance companies to get needed credit.
· Prepare regular reports to top management and export/regional directors to explain performance, future view, problems, etc.
· Bring samples from markets and study samples of competitors to suggest new products.
· Participate in selecting standard products and in deciding on MOQ.
· Participate in product development through giving ideas from markets and customers.
· Communicate with customers to settle invoices on due times.
· Arrange to send samples requested by clients through different courier services.
· Prepare travel plans to visit customers and markets and confirm with export director
· Revise L/Cs and make sure they have no errors and according to agreed terms.
· Prepare price lists for the team and make sure they are updated regularly.
· Prepare and confirm the eligible commissions for agents.

Qualifications:
· Years of experience: 5 – 10 years
· Fluent in English (Reading – written – spoken)
· Excellent computer skills & database management
· Skills/ Abilities: Planning Skills –Good Selling Knowledge –Good Reporting Skills –Good Language Skills –Good Presentation Skills –Teamwork -Good Negotiation Skills
