Procurement Team Leader

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
– B.Sc. (Civil or Arch.) Engineering graduate.
– Min 8 years of experience.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– Work location: HQ (Down Town – 5th Settlement)
– Days off: 2 Days
– Working hours: 8:30 AM till 05:30 PM

𝑱𝒐𝒃 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
– Implement Procurement strategies to deliver duties with the best practices.
– Set plan for all procurement requests to specify the priorities and possible subcontractors.
– Assign tasks to subordinates and regularly follow up on the progress.
– Create subcontractor’s database.
– Contact possible subcontractors on the market.
– Develop relationships with subcontractors and subcontractors and assist in settling invoice or contract disputes.
– Interacts with subcontractor when needed to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information.
– Responsible for appropriate subcontractor selection /bidding processes.
– Monitor and support returns, damage replacements, and warranty claims.
– Participate in the compliance to project budgets and provide analysis of the market prices.
– Coordinate with concerned departments to assure supplier selection/material selection.
