(Technical Support Engineer)

*Job Requirements :

-Bachelor degree of Engineering
-Min 3 Years in Maintenance
-V.good English language command.
-Solid Experience in Mobile Repairing
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

*Job description :

-Responsible for the translation, transmission, implementation and result assessment of the output materials of Chinese factories (including the maintenance and assessment of V-learning examination system)

-Daily quality/maintenance technical support;

-Responsible for product knowledge, maintenance skills, quality feedback, policy related training for new service personnel in the country/region.

– Responsible for the equipment and maintenance management of local/regional maintenance tools.

-Cooperate with factory in policy implementation

-Responsible for local quality problem collection and feedback, and guide local service center carry out the solutions provided by headquarters

-Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of national/regional quality feedback channels, including after sales and sales system

-Assist factory to collect quality analysis machines
