SMG Engineering Automotive Company is looking for :-
Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:
– Take responsibility for SMG corporate recruitment screening and maintaining the Database including applicants history and ensure that all data is accurate and updated
– Arrange and conducting interviews/exams/assessments for white and blue collar positions and liaising with applicants to provide updates on their status
– Take responsibility for employment fairs preparations
– Update and maintaining job descriptions and job specifications
– Provide analytical and well documented reports
– Prepare and posting the vacant positions
– Regular visits to different recruitment sources to establish communication.
– On boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
– Support the HR team in the other functions

Requirements :
– Bachelor degree
• 3 – 4 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent English & computer skills especially Excel
• HR diploma / Certificate preferable
