Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Job Description
· Build, manage, and develop long-term Ecommerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.
· Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
· Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
· Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
· Processing the customer’s purchase orders
· Expanding customer base with new online platforms
Skills and qualifications
· Proven experience in a similar role from 1 to 2
· BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or related field
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Proficient in MS Office
