- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or equivalent

- 5-7 years’ work experience.

- Solid background in end-user support including Security & communication services.

- ability to support and troubleshoot PC/MAC daily operations.

- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software.

Senior I.T Support Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT or equivalent.

- 10-12 years’ work experience.

- Project management experience in leading or supporting successful projects is a plus.

- Solid background in end-user support including Security & communication services.

- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
