ATA – Abdulmohsin Altheyab & Partners is hiring following position to join our team in Cairo, Egypt:

– Senior Quantity Surveyor 
– Cost Estimate
Requirements:
– Architecture or Structure Engineer with maximum_8_years of experience
– Experience in Gulf area is a plus
– #Revit_knowledge is a plus
– Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills
– V.Good writing and communication in English language

Responsibilities:
-Assist with all aspects of all disciplines pre-contract services through concept, schematic and detailed design phases inclusive of measurements, cost planning and production of BOQ for the projects.
-Assist with preparation of tender and contract documents
-Assisting in and contributing to value engineering and viability studies.
-Reviewing Design and tender package for preparing quantity requirements.
-Quantity Take-Off
