- B.Sc. Architecture or Engineering
- 7-12 yrs experience with key developers
- Strong experience in Project/Design Management is a #MUST.
- Experience in planning, cost control and commercial/contracts.
- Project Reporting skills
- Able to drive the design process
- Experience in high profile projects
- Strong skills in technical coordination
- Business Planning experience is an add-on
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English language
