Job Description

Procurement Manager - Raya Holding for Financial Investments
What will you do?
- Manage the procurement of materials, tools, assets, and any supply from local and foreign suppliers by competitive bids, competitive sealed proposals, requests for proposals, informal quotations, and negotiations following established criteria and Raya purchasing rules.
- Obtain and study comparative prices and quotations.
- Make purchasing decisions based on enough information and build a sourcing database for all commodities.
- Set sourcing strategy to achieve cost-effective supply and build long-term relations with reliable suppliers, and perform risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Initiate contact with vendors followed by invoices, purchase orders, handle adjustments with suppliers, including replacement of material not conforming to specifications, cancellation of orders, and ensuring receipt of proper credit.
- Approve purchase orders and monitor all purchase requisitions from all functions to fulfill business needs.
- Monitor suppliers' performance and evaluate them according to (Quality, Service, and Price).
- Set, control, and follow-up procurement budget and contribute to cost-saving projects related to COGS.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures, carrying out duties following Good Manufacturing Practices, HSE, and 5S practices in his specified work area.
What will you need?
Technical Skills:
- Very good Knowledge of manufacturing systems.
- Advanced level of negotiation skills.
- Excellent suppliers’ network.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor of Engineering or relevant Bachelor's degree
Professional Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Procurement
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial position
Language Skills
- English (Advanced)
