Vacations: 21 days ( Annual leaves)
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's in Architecture Engineering or Fine Arts
Experience Form 1 to 4
Creativity & imagination is a must.
Professional 3D max modeling & rendering.
Good command of Auto-cad.
knowledge of finishing materials, furniture brands & suppliers local & international.
Aware of the applicability of design ideas suggested.
Job Description
Understand project brief & requirements
Develop the design concept and illustrate it through photoshop presentations.
Develop innovative floor plans solutions
Do the 3D modeling & rendering for the projects to clearly comminuted the design.
If needed might get involved in the drawing technical packages
Review and coordinate with the technical team to explain the design & make sure the technical drawings accurately reflect the 3D design.
Might be asked to coordinate with site.
