Tax Specialist - Raya Holding for Financial

Investments 

What will you do?

• Preparing corporate taxes inspection, income, and stamp tax for companies RI & RD
• Managing the electronic system for all group companies in income tax and tax VAT
• Following up on tax VAT (inspection, reports, and consultancy)
• Supporting in tax inspection for all Raya Group
• Controlling VAT automation for all Raya group to review tax declarations monthly and help to solve any problem
• Ensuring the taxes provision does not exceed the limit and helping to decrease it that depends on the result of tax inspections
• Informing all subsidiaries about any updates for system automation and supporting them in implementation

What will you need?

• Understanding applying of tax law & its executive regulation on Raya.
• Understanding dealing with taxation internal & high committee appeal
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Egyptian VAT taxes
• Understanding business tax exposure impact on Raya profitability & shares.
• Understanding tax treaty-related to Raya foreign business agreements
• Understanding Raya financial policies and intercompany transaction
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance Field
• Technical Certification is preferred (e.g. FP&A, CMA, &/or CPA)
