Job Description

Accountant (AR) - Raya Holding for Financial Investments
What will you do?
- Review Revenue & GP on daily basis.
- Prepare (daily, weekly, monthly) collection plan per (branch, customer, sales rep & invoice)
- Prepare AR aging report. (Branch, customer, sales rep)
- Review invoices, preform invoices & credit notes.
- Prepare A/R report (by location, customer, business unit & sales rep).
- Monitor customer account details for payments, overdue payments, other irregularities
- Reviewing the payment terms in terms of date, total value of the unit and signing the customer approval.
- Work on collections to verify status of the overdue accounts.
- provide backup support to other groups in the accounting department, type periodic reports and perform other general administrative duties.
- Prepare monthly receivable statements.
- Receiving the official documents from the customer
- Prepare monthly operational cash flow statements. And follow up with actuals
- Prepare a daily cash position statement. And follow up transfers
What will you need?
- Bachelor’s Degree Faculty of Commerce.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounting.
- Excellent awareness for Raya Holding financial standards.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle system.
- FMCG Experience is preferable (Food & Beverage).
- Must have excellent communication & Negotiation skills.
- Good command English
