We're looking for Procurement Manager to join our Team!

Objective:
Responsible for leading and directing the team to source and evaluate suppliers, products and services, negotiate contracts and obtain the most cost-effective deals while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities:
1. Establishes annual procurement & purchasing strategy to receive and track departmental needs in terms of time and quality.
2. Collaborates with Engineering, Finance and Cost Control to ensure the efficiency of the procurement process.
3. Manages, coordinates and monitors the procurement team and their tasks and ensure compliance with the procurement management process.
4. Supervises evaluation of suppliers on their qualifications, payment terms, delivery time, negotiation flexibility, and commitment to contract terms.
5. Review the preparation of purchasing files and records, price lists, status of orders, contracts, list of suppliers, approving payment invoices, monitoring supplier performance, calculating the cost of orders and ensuring that invoices are uploaded to supplier accounts.
6. Works on improving the efficiency of materials and suppliers - materials that must be purchased in large quantities and permanently consumed in terms of raw materials, packaging and other production supplies.
7. Supports cost-reduction efforts in collaboration with production departments, directing subordinates to implement cost-reduction projects.
8. Monitors and supports returns and replacement of defective shipments from suppliers and warranty claims, and ensures that the company's right is preserved when contracting with suppliers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience 7 - 10 years, preferably in FMCGs
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP user
