J&T Lightning For Shipping is hiring “customer service ”
Location: beni suef (male )
Job responsibilities:
1、Answer customer calls
2、Assist customers in sending or checking documents
3、Answer customer business inquiries
4、Handle customer complaints
5、Handle abnormal matters in the receiving and 6、dispatching process
7、Assist the branch supervisor to arrange the work of the courier, collect the business accounts, etc
Job Qualification:
1、 20-30 years old,college degree or above
2、 More than 1 year practical experience in customer service
3、 Patient and stable；
Excellent analytical and problem-solving thinking skills
Excellent communication skills.
4、 Good English and Microsoft offic.
5、 Experience in customer service team leader and training is preferred.
