HR Specialist

Requirements
– +3 years’ experience in the same field.
– Bachelor in business administration or relevant field.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Very good command of English language “spoken and written”.
– Maximum Age 30.

Job Description
– Handling all Personnel activities
– Participate in developing and implementing of the HR policies and procedures
– Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
– Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
– Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
– Administer the performance appraisal process.
– Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.

Work conditions
– Working location at “Nasr City”.
– From 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
