Job Title: Senior Cost Control Engineer

Job Requirements:
1-Bachelor Degree of civil Engineering or Construction
management.
2-Experience 8 years in project control management.
3-Preferred PMP certified or Cost Control related training as (CCP).
4-Innovative , creative thinking & initiative.

Job Responsibilities:
1-Prepare the project budget to reach to the targeted contribution margin for each project.
2-Review the monthly cost report and based on the cost report will provide the advice for the project team for the cost performance and profitability to aid the Project team taking the proper decisions.
3-Evaluating the progress in terms of cost by following the earned value management method.
4-Discussing the monthly report with the concern department and identifying the action plan.
5-Review/check the claims/variations & support the Project team for all backups required for variations submission.
6-Review the contract after the amendment to update the budget accordingly.
7-Review the cash-flow with coordination with the project management team.
