Finance Manager
Job Description:

· Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
· Make sure financial legal requirements are met.
· Developing financial reporting systems.
· Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
· Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits.
· Aid management in financial decisions.
· Maintain up to date financial system knowledge.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
· Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
· Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
· Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
· Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
· Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
· Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.

Qualifications :
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
· Min 8 years of experience in accounting
· Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
· Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
· Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
