Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description:

• Develop and organize creative and efficient marketing strategies for the brand and sub-brands
• Support the marketing team and related departments towards achieving forecasted goals and objectives
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Propose, co-ordinate and implement direct, indirect and interpersonal marketing campaigns and strategies for the brand
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and on ground activations
• Overall responsibility for brand management within corporate identity
• Participation and input during seasonal and or new brief brainstorming sessions and creative strategy planning for all brands within company
• Monitor brand projections, values and ethics, while making sure all communications are correct, professional and of no harm to brand image
• Working closely with designers and creative production team towards applying and fulfilling brand strategies
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant brand functions and departments are kept informed of marketing objectives
• Creating tailored hospitality and ethos-driven messages towards reaching strategic communication goals
• Write creative and clear copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, flyers, social media, website material, etc.)
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts
• Representing TLT Concepts within local and international communication duties
• Working closely with international partners on brand affiliation & collaborations in events and on venues
• Having fun while doing all the above!

Job Requirements:
• 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
• Preferably a diploma or Degree specializing in Marketing or Communications
• Creativity and copywriting skills
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with fellow colleagues, partners and clients
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Fluent English is a must
