Architecture Site Manager

Job Description:

-Follow up with technical office, quality control and site work for any architecture activity and items.

-Review architectural shop drawing before submitting it to site team.

-Monitor the site finishing progress day by day and ensure compliance with standards according to the contracts.

-Providing site work schedule and progress report to the project manager.

-Ensure the work done by the subcontractors in the site according to time schedule and work plan.

-Follow up quantity surveying for all architectural elements.

-Supervision of all architectural elements exterior and interior at site.

-Study prices offer from the contractors and make comparisons of prices offers for any architectural items.

-Follow up with planning department for times schedule and work progress.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree of architect engineering. · Experience: 7-8 years in site architectural work.

· Location: Talkha- El Mansoura.

· Very good command of MS office- Photoshop- AutoCAD- Revit.
