Costing & Reporting Supervisor - Raya Holding for Financial Investments

Raya is looking to hire a Costing & Reporting Supervisor with below responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities

• Follow–up on the implementation of the planning, budget, comparing actual vs. budget, counting the deviations, analyzing them & knowing their route cause.
• Responsible for the development of accounting cost systems & the method for their applications.
• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports.
• Develop financial models & analyses to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare analytical data at the end of each period to analyze activities& measure cost & return for each cost & profit center.
• Analyze complex financial information & reports to provide accurate & timely financial recommendations to managements for decision making purpose.
• Provide stockholders with timely, detailed & meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
• Analyze current & past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue ,cost of sales ,expenses & capital expenditure
• Leading & delivering on digital finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption, streamlining& dashboard reports.
• Prepare presentations to board of directors & senior management team.

Qualifications

• Experienced Budgeting, costing, analysis and reporting supervisor.
• Strong command over Microsoft office & ERP system (oracle preferable).
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data/multi task.
• Critical thinker, excellent analytical & problem –solving skills.
• Ability to create cost account system.
• Outstanding communication & presentation skills.
• At least 7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance Field.
• Logistics experience is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting Leadership.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• CMA or equivalent is preferable.
