civil/Archr Procurement Engineer

( 7-10 years of experience )

job details :
Direct experience in negotiating contracts & quotations
analyze bills of material , specs & drawings from technical & cost wise
Preparing material submittal till approval from consultant
review site requests till issuing purchase order
#strong in comparison , evaluation of supplier & sub contractor performance

Location: Sheraton
Friday only off
Working hours: 9 Am to 5 PM including

Requirements :
Experience in Construction is a must
strong analytical & negotiation skills
